Margo is a Registered Massage Therapist and recent graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, offering thoughtful, client-centered care focused on recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being. Having grown up involved in sports across the province, Margo has a strong understanding of athletic performance, injury, and recovery. Her treatments combine therapeutic massage with a calm, intuitive approach to help reduce tension, relieve discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing process. She has also completed additional training in cupping and gua sha, which can be incorporated into treatments to promote circulation and deeper recovery. Each session is tailored to the individual, whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, or stress reduction. Having grown up actively involved in sports throughout the Annapolis Valley, he has a deep appreciation for the body’s mechanics.

Jesse’s passion for helping others developed through his experience as a Continuing Care Assistant, fostering a genuine commitment to client well-being. This foundation, combined with his dedication to personal fitness – currently focused on training for a triathlon, including cycling, swimming, and running – allows him to approach massage therapy with a holistic perspective. Jesse enjoys utilizing deep tissue techniques to target areas of tension and improve functional mobility.
